The Barn

The Barn is best suited to two guests for a month or more, with a king-size bed. A downstairs sofa bed and a floor mattress offer extra sleeping options, so up to four guests can be accommodated, but we do not recommend four for a comfortable long-term stay. Please tell us in advance which beds you need. The sofa bed and floor mattress are prepared only on request.

The Barn has its own entrance and occupies a private wing of an owner-occupied home; the owner lives in the adjoining main property. Parking is available outside. A kitchen, Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer support everyday living. A private sauna offers space to unwind.

Pets are welcome. Select your pets when booking and review the property’s current pet limits, fees, and requests before confirming.

The Barn is in historic Pittsfield, overlooking the local dam. It can serve as a base for visiting Concord, Manchester, the Lakes Region and the Seacoast. Check the journey to your workplace or regular destination before booking a longer stay.

Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Your confirmation includes the arrangements for your stay.
